"Safe parking. Clean room adequetly furnished. Excellent bar area. Great food & brilliant staff."

"I was gluten and dairy free. The buffet was labelled up with allergies on it. Had to ask for gf bread and df milk as was not available out. The spa was fully booked , so didn't have one. Pool was usy most of the time not matter what time you went. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it and stung the eyes. Restaurant and spa staff were very good. Front desk was hit and miss. The room was decent , the only problem was there was two alcoves that were slanted, one above the bed which I kept hitting my head on. I'm 5ft 1 and the other was over the desk where the TV was and tea / coffee facilities which my husband kept hitting he's 5ft 8. Also trays from room services were left in the corridor for hours. Don't know if they were short staffed."

"Cold room, no heating and given a small oil heater in the room, old dated interior and generally outdated.. Wouldn’t stay here again"

"The hotel was ideally situated for our visit, the bed was quite comfortable. The TV was on the small side. Breakfast was really good and set us up for the day. We would definitely stay there again."

"Lovely from start to finish. Staff excellent - the meals were the best I had in two weeks in the UK. Make sure to ask for the bedroom on the first floor with the patio area - fantastic ! (Team Grafton - maybe a sign for which door is reception could be helpful but not mandatory : -) "
