Our family of 5 stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was amazing! Two fireplaces, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and separate reading area. It was very well decorated and had all the things you could need. It also included parking in a garage and access to some of the activities offered by the Sheraton Hotel it is associated with. The property is within easy walking distance of the river, which is beautiful, and has a lake on it. We also walked to shopping and...

The facilities are all top notch but what really made the stay great is the staff. They were always very helpful above and beyond what was required. One of the housekeepers kept my 2 year old daughter from bolting out of the elevator as I'm standing there 7 months pregnant, arms full, unable to stop her. Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, a beautiful hotel, friendly lovely staff. The front desk staff upgraded our room to slope side , which was nice, although it was off season and so very few guests. Good food, quiet room. It is my husband’s birthday! We enjoyed champagne sent from the Ritz! Thanks!

Two friends and I stayed here overnight during a 2 day skiing trip in December. The accommodation was great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and the Marriott shuttle (every 15 mins at peak times) into and out of Lionshead was very regular and reliable in getting us to and from the skiing. One of our group used the hot tub and found it very good. The rate was very reasonable too.

Customer service was excellent!
