「No pool or hot tub here even when 3rd party hotel sites state otherwise and a sign in the room also states, otherwise HDMI ports on the back of the TV were loose. So couldn't really use them to connect to anything WI. Fi was extremely slow, aside from that staff was really helpful. The breakfast was decent, yeah.」

Cancel my reservation and pay a penalty fee of which is the total of the room or 2. Do nothing and be okay with paying for a room I couldn't even stay in. I was essentially robbed」
