「I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！」

「Quirky but good. There was no carpeting in the room and no carpeting means no sound insulation, so we could hear EVERYTHING in rooms above and below us. The mattresses were older inner springs so they were a little creeky but okay. Overall, it was a decent stay, very nice area and close to restaurants and shopping. 」

「I chose the Hive House because it was great value for money. There were many good things about this hotel. Even though there is no reception the entry and exit to hotel and rooms were very easy with a code. The hotel is very clean and with new amenities. Kitchen had full size fridge and all the appliances and cutlery. Perfect for a couple or family with a kid. The only issue was the toilet door. It is a sliding door which has about an inch open even when closed. So if you are not comfortable...
