「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Large, spacious property with short walk into Peschiera for bars, restaurants etc. Good base for exploring Lake Garda. Good communication from host. Swimming pool lovely to use. Air-con good and beds comfy. We enjoyed the view from the balcony.」

「Fantastic apt style hotel with valet parking just outside most loud shopping streets, under 10min walk to the arena di Verona, right in front of castle museum. Definitely a considerable place where you can cook and relax in a small common area in each apartment. Super new everything, clean, neat. 5 star. 」

「What an absolute gem, we loved our time at Residence San Michelle. It was perfect from our arrival, as we approached and saw the stunning view for the first time and met the lovely helpful team on reception. We stayed in one of the Villa‘s which was well equipped, a good size and had the most amazing view of the lake. 「Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. Ma non è un grosso problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le piazzole dove ho visto posteggiati...

「Super dejligt og familievenligt sted, med børneklub ved den store pool, hjælpsomt personale og pænt og rent område. Roligt efter kl.19/19.30, hvilket er skønt med mindre børn. 「It was a surprise for me that the apartment was exactly what was presented on pictures and description. Host, Cris contacted me two days before my stay making sure that we get all the important information about the nearest parking, and how to get and find properly.
