We could not turn up heat, 69 degrees that was it, very chilly, cold air blowing around!! Issue with toilet, once the toilet was flushed, you had to continually take the flush box cover of to fix mechanism inside flush box to get it to flush again. Best Western Plus St. John's Airport Hotel and Suites
Friendly and courteous staff, clean rooms, accommodating. Pool area is clean and lots of towels, could use more heat in the entrance to the pool. Quite cold when you are leaving and in the washrooms. But, overall a great stay.
