「Unfortunately, we had the smallest room with the smallest bathroom (Margaret Room). Normally we don't complain but the experience did not start out well. The toilet seat was loose and it just got worse in the evening. We should have let management know right away but we didn't expect it to fall off. The bathroom sink is narrow and "sideways". 「Our stay was nice and the staff was friendly. The resort had beautiful grounds and lots of things for kids to do. The room was spacious, but it could use some updating. I did not like that there was no refrigerator in the room. I would go back though.」
