"First time in Madrid and i booked this hotel based on the reviews and i couldnt be more happier with the service. The breakfast is excellent with fresh and wide variety of choices, hotel is in the center and walking distance to alot of tourist places and shopping and the staff service is superb! Ahmed checked us in quick and smooth and the room is updated and bed is comfortable. Will def come back here if i visit Madrid again!"

"The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I used the courtesy shuttle to and from the airport. If you need to stay by the airport, this is a wonderful choice."

"We had a fantastic week-long stay at Hotel Regina. The staff were all very friendly and kind, the rooms and common areas were very clean and well taken care of, the breakfasts were delicious and had a great selection, and when we had a slight problem with our room we were kindly offered an upgraded room. There was something wrong with the A/C in our room making the air have a bad smell, but once brought to the staffs attention we were given a free upgrade to a room with the best view available. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that the layout is slightly confusing at first, given that the floors are half-floors (there is Floor 1, go up half a flight of stairs and there more Floor 1, go up another half flight of stairs and there is Floor 2, go up another half flight of stairs and there is more Floor 2, and so on). Once we got used to it, it was perfectly fine. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Nos encantó nuestra estadía y el hotel está nuevo, con supermercados cerca, así cómo el Metro y buses. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el trato en el bar del hotel. Uno de los bartenders parecía como si no quería servirnos. Fur sumamente desagradable. Fuera de esto, recibimos muy buen trato. "

"The Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful at this location. The rooms are small, but the service and kindness of staff made this trip a lovely stay. We did receive an Expedia VIP perk, and we were very grateful for that!"
