「the location is great and room is very large」

「We stayed at hotel weisses kreus for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience. In addition to the rich breakfast, the owner was friendly and the staff was great. Another thing worth mentioning is that the cleanliness of the bedding, cups and plates was rare in my 30 years of travel. It is an excellent hotel and worth recommending. If I return to Innsbruck, weisses kreus is definitely the only choice.」

「The hotel was good especially the pool, I re-book the hotel because of the amazing swimming pool. However the early checked in wasn't able to make it so i have to have shower in the gym which no shampoo nor shower gel provided. My flight will be in the morning so hopefully they can have a room ready for me next time. 」

「Erinomainen kokemus, saatiin sesongin ulkopuolelta parempi huone, mikä oli tilattu. Kaunis näkymä järvelle, uimassakin piti (lokakuussa) käydä. Saunaosasto kiva. Aamiainen erinomainen ja palvelu kiitettävää. Auto alhaalla tallissa ilmaiseksi hienoa.」

「friendly and convenience」

「这次带老人出行，订了该酒店的家庭房（即4人间），价格比2卧室的套间还贵，结果房间只有一间，空间不适合这么多人住。想增订一间，结果酒店说没有空房了。不得已，只好在附近酒店另外订一间。另外，酒店的停车场维修不能用，事先也没有告知。」
