Clean room. But smells of chemical. Next to highway, so noisy. No fridge, no microwave, no cloth hanger. I had trouble using their WiFi. There are 2 ice machines in the laundry room.

Area is sketchy. The bed was so uncomfortable. I checked out a day early and looked for a better hotel, don’t recommend it unless it’s an emergency and you can’t find anything else

Wont mind coming again
It was a rather pleasant experience, we had to book due to the cold coming in and causing us to loose power to our home. The place is really nice and they do very well at cleaning, its the other guest that decides to make it trashy and look bad but the cleaners were on it wich was awesome.

Wifi didn't work. Cleaners barged into room at 1000 without knocking. Door key wouldn't work but reception refused to fix it and rang cleaner to let me into room despite it being before 1100.

Well i booked 2.nights! I dont like when i leave the room and they go into the room.. i dpnt need services for obe night! And no there is not anything to hang on the door! And the couple above us fault all night. Started like at 9pm... stopped at 6 ... NO NEED TO ENTER ANYONES ROOM AFTER ONE NIGHT UNLESS ASKED!

some odd issues
My first surprise upon checking in at 7PM was that I had to pay the entire bill up front - are they that worried about theft? But okay, not a huge deal. The room I was given was okay, but for the TV being set on what was apparently a "blind person" setting (where a voice over would narrate a description of what was happening onscreen for everything except commercials)...after I failed to figure out how to turn this off and the maintenance guy was useless, the clerk from the front desk came up and could not figure it out either - so very kindly put me into another room. That room (on the 2nd floor) was okay, though the water pressure was minimal, but that afternoon a new situation with the TV. About 1/3 of the DishTV channels, which had worked earlier in the day, simple stopped - when tuned to those stations the LG TV just displayed a moving cube stating "no signal". Again, the front desk had no idea what to do (did management not pay the bill? Is Dish that bad a service?) and naturally the stations I was hoping to watch were among those no longer working. So those things made for a less than pleasant stay. Again, at least it was clean, the bed was not terrible, and the road noise from I-35 (50 yards away) was tolerable.

I was very late getting to check in. It was after midnight. The young lady was polite and got me checked in quickly. She gave me directions where my room was in the complex and where to park. The room was fine. It is an older hotel that has been fixed up. They need to redo the seal around the door. You would see light all around even with the door pulled securely and all the locks engaged. It was loud with the other rooms around and the interstate a few hundred feet away. The towels were new and clean, but they were extremely thin, and I had fuzz on me from the towels. There wasn't any type of door thing to request or deny the room being cleaned, so the room was cleaned for me. The bed was kind of lumpy and caved in toward the middle, but it wasn't too bad. Again, you get what you pay for. I wasn't in the room that much, so it was okay.
