「This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

「We had a very pleasant stay at the Brown. It is a beautiful building, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed the bar in the lobby area and the warm expertise of the bartenders (Kat, Jeremiah, Umut and James?). The cafe downstairs has excellent breakfast (the best omelette I've had in a hotel restaurant) though I liked their a la carte menu better than the buffet they serve on Sundays.
