I loved your Hotel and location. No airport shuttle, I did message your hotel but no one replied to my messages. I picked up a taxi but it was very expensive. Recommend that you monitor your message board. Out of the 4 hotels I booked on the South Island yours was the only one that didn't reply back. ...

I was told a $100 deposit would be refunded when i checked out, but this is not true. I had a room with a bath tub which was lovley for the staff to change my room to accommodate me. Thank you. The room & bed were clean & so comfortable.
