During our stayed we encounter a lots of problem:
The lamp was damage at the front door.
The toilet fan was not working on the second floor room
TV is not working well.
The heater is not working/we need to spend a lots of time to find out what is the problem
There is no extra protable heaters available
Above issues was seciously ruin our mood, we need to spend time in fixing the heater during mid-night but at the end 7 of us was not able to shower or using hot water, immagine we took more than 10 hours flight, arrive the Apartment was just need a hot shower and warm sleep. However, both of the BASIC requirements was not able the fulfilled. We appreciate the technical staff came and trying to fix all those problem on the next day, However, we need to say at the apointment and guide him to fix the problem. At the end all of us was stay and go out at around 12 PM which waste our time and afford!!! At the end technical staff told me the heater was not working because of not turn on probably!! THIS IS TOTALL NOT ACCEPTABLE!! We expected a well prepare apartment before we arrived!! Instead of speding time to find out what are the problem, helping the owner to fix the apartment!! This is religious!!!
