The hotel was easy to find up the top of Queen Street. Check-in was easy and our room was clean and as expected. Walking down into town took no more than 10 mins. They had even kept a box of items aside for us in anticipation of our arrival - very helpful.

Ok so I was there for 2 nights. I did ring earlier reading all the reviews of the place that it gets a bit noisy and stuff. I would be honest, it does get a bit noisy in the corridor and people don't realise they are loud. But I would not blame them, but the place for being sound Proff. But , that's something that nothing much can be done. Not like it's noisy past 10pm for some people who are wondering it's noisy throughout. Secondly I would really like to compliment the service. We had a leaking tap in the toilet, it was reported and within 10 minutes the handyman was there who fixed the issue. The rooms were neat and tidy, bedsheets nice and clean linen. The bed was so comfortable and cozy. Rooms smelling fresh . Decent room for me, my wife and a four year old. I was in the room which had an attached toilet/bathroom within the room . Which was again neat and clean. Overall we had a really good , comfortable stay . Would recommend for sure.

We got a family room, it was right at the entrance of the floor, noisy all night, gate always wide open, don’t feel safe, definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Won’t be back at all.
