We booked the cheapest room for two nights, but when we got there, Andy told us that we're their only guests for the weekend, so they upgraded our room to the suite. 😊 The suite was stunning with a big living room and kitchen, also with ecstatic views. When we left the room the next day to tour around the island, we went back to a cleanroom. Although, we didn't expect a cleaning service. They served breakfast inside our room, and we could use the hot tub as long as we can. The pool was seasonal, so we weren't able to use it as it is wintertime. The hosts were lovely and hospitable. We felt very welcomed.

The hosts of this outstanding property are about as good as it gets. Breathtaking priceless views of the Auckland Gulf with 5-star rooms. Soak up the views while soaking in the pool. Outstanding.

Andy and Jenny were amazing hosts, they continued to go out of their way to make us feel welcome and terrific guides to what Waiheke has to offer. Views were out of this world, very tidy and clean and had everything you needed for a perfect holiday:) 11 out of 10!

Nothing is too much trouble for them from organising tours to booking restaurants to recommending (and supplying) beautiful wines from the island. Amazing place, amazing hospitality as well. The views are incredible and we would definitely stay here again. Because this location is about 35-40 min walk to the main town Oneroa we may decide to hire a car next time. However, there were plenty of walkable beaches and tracks that we got to explore.

Great room with wonderful views and top service.

A friend and I had a great stay here, great location and very helpful service - thanks Andy. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and had an wonderful view back to Oneroa and along the northern coast and beyond, making for a dramatic presence. Everything was first class and I cant think of a single thing to change or improve. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views and Great Hosts!

We had a terrific experience at Enclosure Bay. Andy was extremely helpful, picking us up from the ferry, offering restaurant recommendations and booking a wine tasting. The property has a beautiful view. Our room was large and clean with a balcony overlooking the water.

We really can't say enough about what an amazing experience we had at Enclosure Bay. Andy, the owner of the hotel, offered to pick us up from the Ferry Terminal and welcomed us into the hotel with a quick with and gracious hospitality. If that weren't enough, the views are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. You have 180 degrees of unparalleled coastline views from the rooms. Andy also provides a detailed list (with descriptions) of the many restaurants, wineries and activities available on the island. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Thanks Andy!

The room was great and the views amazing! Very comfortable amenities. It is a little tricky to walk around the area because it does not have sidewalks and at night we used a cell phone as a flashlight for visibility, but the bus system is pretty good for getting around the island.

Enclosure Bay is a great place to enjoy your Waiheke experience from. We were well looked after by the hosts. the room was comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Easy access to the numerous wineries and sight that Waiheke offers.

Amazing experience!!

The suite is very spacious with amazing view! The host is wonderful - he is friendly, helpful and welcoming! The suite is clean with full amenities. The location is a bit far from town but the host transferred us to and from the ferry pier and helped us to organise wine tours and taxi services. We had a superb experience in Enclosure Bay!! Love it :D

Amazing time on Waiheke Island

We had an amazing time on Waiheke Island, and our accommodation at Enclosure Bay made it even more perfect. We stayed in the Great Barrier Suite which has to be the best place on the island. Andy and Jenny were lovely hosts, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They also delivered to us an amazing breakfast each day
