ベッド数など事前のリクエストもしっかり対応していてくれて、スタッフの対応もフレンドリーでよかった。 建物や設備の古さは感じるが、観光にもショッピングにも立地もよく、相対的に大変良かった。 部屋にランドリー設備も食洗器も完備していて、キッチン備品は十分そろっており大変満足。 立地的に仕方がないが、駐車場料金がもう少し安いと助かりますね。

Clean room however there was a smell from the bathroom but left extractor fan on continuously and ok. Air conditioning was a noisy freestanding unit but very affective. Love cation excellent just minutes from harbour and transport links.

Trust me I’ve been to Auckland many many times Stayed at great hotels, quality, prices up or down ! But this place was absolutely perfect, 5 mins to train station, 5 to 10 mins from as many bars and eateries. Too many to choose from 20 mins from casino for you party animals This is my go to place from now on And the best part “ NO HILLS “

Well appointed and immaculately clean with great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst not the newest building, it has been refurbished thoughtfully and you have the benefit of more spacious rooms. The property has a great central location that I felt safe to walk to and from in the evening as a female traveller. Have booked again for future trips.

Personnels à l'accueil très sympathique Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut machine à laver sèche linge, lave vaisselle sèche cheveux radiateur produits douche, vaisselle, lessive...literie très confortable Nous avons juste été très déçus car lors de notre réservation nous avons pris ce logement pour les photos avec vue sur le port, piscine,... Sauf qu'on a eu une chambre avec vue sur des immeubles...et la piscine non chauffée qui dépasse pas les 15 degrés juste horrible Je trouve que les photos ne reflètent pas bien l'établissement et je ne comprends pas pourquoi je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservé

There are additional charges for towel changes, room cleaning, and parking. Even if you stay for multiple nights, they only provide a single-use supply of laundry detergent. The bathtub drain was clogged from the start, and when I mentioned it, they told me they would clean it for an extra fee. I ended up buying drain cleaner at a nearby supermarket to fix it myself. The washer-dryer is installed upside down, but it worked fine. I think the location is convenient.
