「Our group of three booked a two beds room at the hotel, but the hotel gave us a room with a king bed. At check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us of the error, so we had to go back downstairs with our luggage to find out why. The front desk staff told us that there were no twin rooms available (we had already paid in full when we made the reservation and don't understand why a room wasn't reserved). 「I’m a high maintenance type of traveler and typically stay in 5 star hotels. That said, AKA was a terrific and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The 1 bedroom suite was huge and fully furnished (a fully furnished apartment with complete kitchen). The property was clean, staff was super friendly and helpful and there is even a conference center you can use if traveling for work.
