"Upon entry, lobby appeared clean and well kept. While walking the halls to our room, we noticed the carpet was overdue for a deep clean. After entering the room, we noticed two wasp buzzing near the balcony door which was not secure and could not be locked. The room did not have a fresh scent and the shower had traces of pubic hair in the corner. We left to take care of family business and requested a refund from the manager. He was polite and understood why we’d request such and gave us a print out of the refund. I appreciate the courteousness of the manager and hope this feedback will bring about an improvement for future guests. "

"It’s new so in great condition they are bare bones even though they say suites they have no pots pans plates etc to go with the large fridge & cooktop stove. They feature a large microwave and front desk courtesy coffee. "
