「The staff were happy, friendly and helpful but the hotel is dire. Old, dated, grubby, stained, badly maintained (eg holes in walls where fixtures had been removed not made good, dirty and stained carpets, smelly pillows, musty aroma in bedroom.」

「We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. 」

「When I went to check in; we were told our time for breakfast was at 6:00 am for single adults; told him I am on holidays & I will not be getting up at that time; he stated families time slot is from 7:00 am to 9:00 am; not impressed!! Never have I been told a time slot for breakfast; really?? Also, there was two of us; we were only given two large towels; two hand towels & two face clothes; I use 2 large towels for my hair & body!! And the big was so high to get up onto!! For the money I spent;...
