"Very outdated, parking was so confusing, signage to breakfast, pool, parking, etc was poor. We walked around the parking garage trying to find the entrance to the hotel, check in took 35 minutes, language barrier at check in, only provided with 1 towel that was falling apart, the whole seam was detached and hanging, leather headboard was ripped in many spots, no hand soap, no body wash in container and was told breakfast opened at 6:30 but was 10 minutes late so it was rushed to get to venue for...
