First night we stayed in a updated room and was very pleased. Then we came back 2 days later and was put in the Chelsea tower which is old. Wall paper falling off the walls, bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows where so high that I couldn't use it otherwise I would of killed my neck. Very disappointed ...
