After a bad experience in another hotel, we were incredibly relieved to book here. The owners are super nice and the room was ridiculously clean and comfortable!

Staff was cordial and welcoming. Rooms were quaint, nice decor. Calm and relaxing location,and easy access to GS Parkway Would definitely stay here again. PS: Great soft fluffy towel!!

Boulevard Motel was exactly as advertised, a conveniently located, no frills motel with friendly service that was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Loved everything about my stay. The staff went out of their way to give us some great dining recommendations and some must sees in the area, beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Love the history of this property and that it has been owned and manage by the same family for over 50 years.

Booked this place beacuse the reviews were decent. It could use an upgrade but nothing that we weren't expecting. The first night was fine with no issues. The second night as we laid in bed we noticed something crawling in the ceiling, it was a roach. My girlfriend and I got very little sleep as we were concerned about bugs getting into our luggage. When we check out the next morning I showed the staff member a picture of the smushed roach and that we were displeased. She replied "oh thats gross, thanks for letting us know" and walked away offering nothing even after I told her it took us 2 hours to go though all of our belingings so we didnt take any friends home, great location but if you stay in room 1 watch out for bugs.

This motel has been run by 4 generations of the same family for over 50 years. We pride our selves on the kind words and cleanliness that our guests constantly give as comments. We have upped our protocol and taken your words to heart. We have plans this winter to update rooms 1-5 to match the improvements we made last winter to rooms 6-14.

Long Term Assessment
Have stayed at the Boulevard annually well over a decade now and have been very pleased.Always very accommodating and the morning coffee and buns feature is very convenient. Highly recommend.

We walked into our room and the sheets were not washed and the room was in a wreck. It looked as if the staff didn’t even enter the room prior to us entering. It was about a 15 minute drive to the boardwalk and was convenient but just dirty.

No frills, but very comfortable. Desk would have been helpful for my purposes. Price a bit high for the type of motel and location, but everything's way too expensive near the Jersey shore. Better than staying in Ocean City, NJ, but not much cheaper. Continental breakfast outside a novelty. Cleaned room each day with new towels.

It was an easy checkin and check out. Gracious hosts provided tea/coffee/light breakfast in the common area. While close to the parkway, it was an easy quick drive into ocean city!

Clean & Convenient
My wife & I attended a wedding in Sea Isle City & chose to save money over three nights by staying in Marmora. The Boulevard Motel was an excellent alternative to the higher priced hotels down the Shore. The Motel is mid-century charming, small but extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the Motel is conveniently located to the Parkway and several area businesses including breakfast, the beach, supermarket/pharmacies for last minute purchases, and a nice Catholic parish for Sunday morning. The owners take a lot of pride in their business and it shows. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay
Motel was nice to stay for a few days. The room was big. It’s a bit outdated. The staff I interacted with were nice. One negative is trying to get into and out of the motel parking lot back to the road.

Friendly staff, SUPER clean rooms, hot showers with great water pressure, two comfortable queen beds for a family of 4, and being 10 minutes from the boardwalk and only 35 minutes to Hammonton for my kids' games the next day was perfect. We stay in a lot of hotels as we travel for sports. Sure there are more modern places but this has to be one of the cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in. This will be the first place I look the next time we are down here.

Beautifully kept up. Staff is carung and friendly. Rooms are very small and can be claustrophobic. Air conditioner was noisy and did not keep room cool enough on second day there. Otherwise very nice property.
