We have stayed here many times. This time there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. (Dirty) water was dripping into the bathroom and onto the towels, so the white towels were turning black. We asked if we could change rooms since the hotel was not very occupied, and instead all they could offer us were some new towels. No one should have to pay for that room until the bathroom is fixed and clean.

This is a classic hotel and I loved everything about it. The location is central to the boardwalk and the Vue lounge on the rooftop was AWESOME!

Only went for one night but enjoyed our stay. I didn't know this but the hotel is connected to Bally's and Ceasars Palace. We never had to leave the hotel to go to the casino. I will agree with other reviews about the elevator. It seems that only 2 or 3 are running and sometimes the wait can be long. We learned to hop on whatever elevator opened. Sometimes you had to go down to go up and vice versa.

Stay was pleasant, a lot was going on this weekend and elevators always had a wait for at least 5 minutes or more. Hotel has a lot to offer everything was clean and very convenient to everything on the boardwalk

Terrible experience upon arrival my room was dirty the lamp and safe box didn’t work I requested another room and they refused instead made me wait until they fixed everything. Elevators are the worst they take for ever and the entire hotel stinks like smoke, marijuana and pee. Not to mention there are a lot of drunk people walking around the hotel yelling and cursing. Restaurant in the 6th floor limited options expensive and small portions.

The clean lady was so polite and offered her services when we were dissatisfied with room. The elevators stop working causing alot of people 2 be late for event that was planned. It took 45 mins to get up to my room.

The hotel is old. The best part of the room was the bathroom, it appeared to be recently updated. The furniture was old and had stains. I was on the 17th, the elevator service was absolutely a disgrace. Each wait was at least 15-20 min. Checking out i waied 33 min just to catch an elevator. My husband took the steps because the wait was too long. The hotel knew that this was an issue and didn’t offer so much as a drink voucher for the inconvenience. I will not stay here again.

Claridge needs to address their elevator issue. Waiting up to 30 minutes to get on the elevator is ridiculous. Also there was a large group that was very noisy. There was constant knocking on doors between the parties and their conversations could be clearly heard in our room.

The food at The Twenties was overpriced and not good. My $16 waffle was burnt and like a hockey puck. My $7 side of potatoes were a joke. Place was super noisy from a convention or something Friday night-guests slamming doors and knocking loudly at like 5:30 in the morning.

All the restaurants located in the hotel were closed. Ut they had photos of the restaurants in the hotel as if they were open. I didn’t like how far the parking garage was and it was hardly any Staff. I will never stay there again.

Positives : - Staff were very nice and welcoming -access to Bally’s casino - convince of being 3/min to the boardwalk ,shopping. - 20 min walk to the convention center. Needs improvement on : - staffing , only two concierge when we arrived waited maybe 25min in line after driving 9 hrs. - waiting literally 10/15min for the elevator only 3 out of like 6 working - Had a great ocean view except we could not see much due to filthy window - coffee machine was broken - no access to a microwave in the room or common area in the hotel Area in general : Just my opinion the Best time to go late spring , summer to enjoy the full experience. Obviously Great for casinos , great arcades a few great options for eating , but definitely do your research especially if you have a family with little ones However Definitely expected a bit better considering the amount of revenue that is made. Like a store with essentials !!!!

So this property is outdated cute but outdated. Let's start on the elevators "HORRIBLE" you will be waiting!!!! Seem like there was only 2 elevators of 5 was working.Good luck with that. Staff was nice a lil hood but i love it lol...but my room was dirty had unknown socks in the room and can you believe when they called themselves cleaning my room all they did was turned the sheets and blankets over making it looked like a clean pairs. SMFH...idk what happens to my speaker... Oh this is going to make you laugh when have you ever seem an extension cord in a hotel room. Yes there was an extension cord in my room lol. I did asked other guest how they felt about the hotel and it seems like we were all on the same page. I will not be coming back to this hotel to stay. Sorry but true to story

I like that there is no casino. Restaurant staff was especially nice.Pretty lobby. Room was small Windows were dirty No microwave.tv was awful.very limited channels. Elevator system was awful.such long waits every time and no apologizies or heads up.from staff. No concierge services. No special perks like continental breakfast.free coffee.nothing that made us feel special. Also a.humanitirian level Starbucks contributes to genocide in Gaza and all.coffee products are Starbucks.expensive too May not come back especially because of elevators.windows.no.perks.no coffee available besides Starbucks. Those little pods in the room are tasteless and weak.

People smoke too much in the rooms and around the vicinity.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel we do have sensor in every room that detect any smoking their is a fee and also can lead up tp being evicted
