「Like all the other reviews say, the property is little dated, but it is an excellent place to stay for the night, bed sheets were nice and clean, the place is smack dead in the middle of town. Location is perfect. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in and easy checkout. Would definitely stay again.」

「Our room had been recently remodeled and was in great shape. The room was very clean and quiet. It's not a fancy place but a nice and comfortable place to lodge. It's only a short drive (7 minutes) to downtown Gaylord but still off the beaten track. We enjoyed our time at Dixon Resort and would recommend it. 」

「Booked three rooms for 8 people. Didn't use two of them as 6 of the group refused to stay in the rooms. One mattress was urine stained, cobwebs blocked one of the bathroom doors, and one of our party is convinced one of the mattresses showed evidence of bedbugs. Reached out to hotels.com regarding a refund for the two unused rooms and was told it would have to be through the property, was placed on hold while they called the property and was told they'd just spoken to them and the manager would...
