Helpful staff

I failed to pay attention to AC availability when booking; they are not in every unit. I ended up in a very warm room as a result. However the manager took my call after a late check in and provided a fan which made a nice difference on an unusually hot day and night.

The property was cute and the room had a very "cabin" feel to it (intentional). My only minor complaint was the the curtains on the door and windows did not provide much to block the parking lot lights, so a little difficult to fall asleep. I would stay again, though.

Skip this place. Run down, spare furnishings, no smoke detector, VERY lound next to road and neighbors, sink was 4×8 " approx. Bed uncomfortable and found a bug in it.

We received confirmation texts the evening of our stay. We arrived about 11:00 p.m. and were greeted by the cleaning staff who told us that none of the rooms were clean or available. The manager had quit that day and nothing had been done. I am still waiting for my refund. We drove 30 miles to find a hotel that could accomodate us and our dogs.

If you only have a few people staying -don’t put them next to each other. The walls are paper thin. We hear noise from both side of our room. Tv, beds moving and car doors. Averaged about 3 hours of sleep for the night. It’s clear you have some great ideas in the works but I would definitely work on acoustics or separating people when possible. We also had to cover the window of the door with a towel and a jacket because the lights outside were so bright it lit up the whole room.

Clean, easy to find, easy checking, nice room, no coffee pot, my opinion needs better curtains on the door to much light from parking lot lights, i have bad allergies and they had plug in air fresheners. Not good, 😒

Don't stay here!

There was no Wi-Fi as advertised. The shower didn't drain and flooded the floor. Room was not maintained for garbage. Bathroom was too tiny. I couldn't reach the light switch in the bathroom; it was on top of the light above the mirror. We had issues of the manager telling us we had not paid the right amount and ask for more We had the receipt for payment in full. The room and the property looked rundown. The room is not nearly as nice as the picture shows. I have video of the room as we left.

Very noisy heater. Front door doesn't lock when you leave.Tthe bathroom drain needs to be cleaned out it drains extremely slow if not careful it will overflow onto bathroom floor. Two large dogs next to us that would bark loudly for no apparent reason.Gave is the wrong code to unlock door with nobody on site just a phone number to call. Other than that it was okay.

Only Pro is it was a clean room. BUT... it was $120 and it had no furniture but a bed and a TV stand. No clothrack not even a peg to hang a hat! No table, no chair, no shelt in bathroom to put stuff on... and the SINK WAS A JOKE1 6 inches front to back and 9 inches side to side. Could not even brush my teeth without spilling water on the floor and hitting mu head on the wall.
That is a black six inch rule at the right
