Very noisy, vulgar and constant shouting from the long term residents around me (shelter rooms for homeless?) would not quiet down, even when politely asked to. The noise was continuous until 2:30 am and still occasionally occurring when I gave up on trying to sleep and just left at 430 in the morning. Management was slow to respond to the phone, and when finally able to be reached by phone at midnight said they had no other room to move me to that night and would not do anything to quiet down the people in the adjacent room.
I gave up on the room, cancelled my next two night’s reservation and went elsewhere. Management has failed to refund my payment in advance for the last two nights and would not even offer any sort of compensation for their not being able to provide me with a safe, peaceful night’s rest, not even an apology. It looks as if they have also double charged me. So no refund has actually occurred.
Not very clean, the fridge had two opened half empty old cans of cola inside and the floor was so grimy that my foot soles picked up a thick layer of sooty dirt just from walking from the shower to my bed, such that I needed to re-wash them!
