Front desk was very friendly but the place stinks! And you can hear people talking in other rooms. The door latch can come apart anytime. It’s not a safe place to stay either.

Limited dining choices outside of fast food. There was no chair in our room from which to sit to dine. The remote would not change TV channels. Outside access door never closed properly. Ice was only accessible from front desk clerk. Front desk clerk did assist with obtaining a chair.

I like that it was right off the freeway and it was closed to shopping area but I had a problem with the room not being clean the bathroom was dirty toilet was not clean and the sheets on the bed had stains on them. It was trash all in the hallway leading to the room then when I got in the room it was worse, I was really tired I just put the bed linen I brought with me over the bed so I can get some sleep. The next day I asked house keeping for a broom so I can sweep the room she one minute but I never received it. I brought cleaning supplies with me just in case I have a problem with the bathroom not being clean. It’s in a good location they just need to clean it up a lot better than they are doing.

From the start. Checked in and the front desk person asked for a tip. The only thing you smell in the front lobby is weed. Got to the room it was dirty galway covered in garbage. Bathtub unusable had been painted and paint was chipping off everywhere. microwave in pieces and just propped together fridge didn't work burn holes in the bedding.. When checking out this morning condom wrappers at the front door. We did take pictures so we didn't get blamed for any of the damages if anyone would like to see them.

The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism throughout my stay, as evidenced by the persistently unpleasant odor in the room and the continuous disturbances originating from the hallways. The disruptive noise, characterized by loud voices, arguments, and even the involvement of law enforcement, greatly deviated from my desired experience.

We got there and checked in, used the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We told the front desk and left for a few hours. Got back and it still wasn’t fixed. I then called down to the front desk and they said they’d be right up. It was an hr and a half before I went to the desk and they gave me a plunger. To no surprise that did not work. I went back to the desk and asked for a new room. They allowed that and the second room we were placed in was cleaner and the toilet worked! Thank god.

Smelled like smoke all throughout hotel. Bed cover was stained with cigarette burns all over it. Electrical outlets on one side of room did not work.

This place is making me physically ill. It reeks of pot even though all the rooms are "smoke free". The person working the desk had an issue making my key. I will not be staying here again.

Do NOT recommend stopping here. Not even for just one night. Walked inside to check in and there was a sign that said “be back in 5” I stood there for 15 minutes before just calling and the guy said he’d be inside in a few minutes. Finally got checked in and up to our room and instantly took all of our things back out to the car. There were spiders crawling on the bed, flies all over the walls, food stuck on the table and floor, and so many choking hazards on the floor. The room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a really long time. We checked right back out and demanded a refund. The place also just smelled like death. It was disgusting. We’ve been back on the road for 5 hours and still have the smell on our clothes just from walking into the room. Didn’t sit on the bed, chairs or anything.

The staff was incredible, shout out to Clay. The room was extremely clean. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be staying again the next time I’m in the area.
