This was a very nice place to stay. Quiet area, but close to a lot of things including Truist Park. If you are coming in town for a baseball game, this is far enough away that you aren’t in the thick of it, but close enough that even I could walk to it

Great place to stay. Even with the parking off site it was not bad and the rooms were super comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was supposed to have a restaurant and bar. It had a small area to order at the counter and get your food. No bar, they no longer have a liquor license. In our room, there was one chair in a massive space. A random bench with a wall as a back was another option, just not very "homey." Missing some of the yoga equipment in the room. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was in a bank's parking garage behind the hotel, only on the top two floors. Just overall not as advertised. And for well over $200/night, they should do better.

My overall experience was great. An addition that would have made my experience exceptional would have been onsite parking. Parking at the hotel would be an amazing bonus

I did not like that the parking was not attached. It was a long walk to the parking area and i felt uncomfortable walking by myself. I also did not like the food options. Not everyone wants to eat healthy food while on vacation. Bar was closed due to no liquor license. Employee were very nice and the facility was well decorated and clean.

This property serves its purpose as lodging to visit a nearby daughter. It's not luxurious but nicely kept. The restaurant isn't open for breakfast on weekends, when we are typically there. I wish the parking were still free as it was last year! It's a great value and we will return!

I loved the beds and pillows, it was a very convenient walk to Truist Park. The only thing I didn’t like was the dinning options and the coffee. The food was terrible and very overpriced, the coffee also very overpriced and the machine was very slow. I was 3rd in line for coffee and it took over 15 minutes for a little more than half a cup of mediocre coffee.

Pros: recently renovated and welcoming staff Cons: the parking is on the top two floors a short walk away from the hotel and the expensive breakfast was meh When I made a reservation at this hotel, they were not yet charging for parking. I am astounded there is now a charge given how inconvenient it is. Being allowed to park only on the top two floors of the nearby garage means wasting time on arrival and departure driving by multiple floors of empty spaces. Not even the hotel manager wants to do this, as that person has a special parking space reserved for them next to the hotel. Also, the "made to order" breakfast was mediocre and expensive, and the coffee machine was not working properly. I will not be staying here again.

My stay was great. The hotel staff was very friendly. I like the “at home gym” that is added to the room, it’s a nice touch. Definitely will stay here again.

Poor customer service. I checked in very late around 2 AM in the morning because my flight was delay and I was struggling to find a rental car. I asked if I could checked out late so I can have enough sleep but my request was rejected. I had to wake up tired to go sleep in my car while I was waiting for my convention to start.

Watch out!!! They charge $100 for a pet. They say pet friendly and charges $100? They are not pet friendly. The parking was not connected to the hotel and was on the other side. If you dont have a pet, this place is good. Big and clean room.

Overall staying at the hotel was a great experience. They offer streaming on the tv, but it was a long process to get it to work which was a bummer. The parking was decent, the walk wasn’t terrible especially because they let you load and unload in front of the building. The last thing was, the price at booking wasn’t the same as check in. They charged an addition $60 for the deposit and didn’t give any information at check out as to when and if you would receive the deposit back. With that being said, I would book again.
