Very quiet a/c. Great breakfast options.
Our room had a connecting door which allowed conversations/baby, which you normally wouldn't hear. Bathroom faucet installed too far back from the sink so that water went all over counter. Nice for pets.

I’m in the room next to the gym on the 2nd floor and a woman and her kid are super loud. And she is having an entire conversation on speaker phone. This is the worst stay ever!

This was a last-minute decision based on the other reviews. My husband and I only stayed for one night but we plan to return in the future. The room was clean, and parking was convenient, we requested the first floor and our wish was granted. I’m so glad we choose this location last-minute.

One of our rooms wreaked of weed. Staff was very nice. Beds were uncomfortable and were full size vs. the advertised queen. Breakfast was great and the staff helpful and friendly.

Nice, clean property that is reasonably priced and very close to interstate 75. Only issue - our pillows were noticeably lumpy and should be replaced.
We arrived and only slept and had breakfast before leaving. The stay was comfortable after a long stressful drive. Breakfast was good with choices for most apperites
This is our third timing staying at this hotel for our semi-annual trip to our Florida home. Every time has been great but this time we were in a room that looked newly updated and a beautiful walk-in shower. It was amazing. The staff have always been friendly and very helpful. Would most definitely recommend staying here.
Really comfortable stay here that was close to a lot of wonderful restaurants. Would stay here again when I am in the area. Staff was very friendly as well.
There is a nice selection of snacks in the like in the lobby. Well, let parking lot, which is convenient to the rooms. Neighborhood and Lighting aloud for an outdoor walk, rather than a treadmill after dark
Excellent choice for a hotel off I75. It is new or newly renovated. Feels very clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, easy friendly check and out, plenty of well lit parking. Would stay there again.
Eating places can be found in the area, especially fast food choices. We ate at Cracker Barrel. This hasn't anything to do with the hotel.
Our first room was not the best. There were adjoining rooms on both sides and we could hear everything that was going on in both of them. I went to the front desk and asked for a quieter room and the staff accommodated us immediately. The second room on the 2nd floor was very quiet.

We attempted to stay at this Best Western but were turned away on arrival. We were told it was because the credit card reader was not working and could not accept the security deposit.

We have stayed at this property twice now. Its very clean, the staff is very friendly, its convenient to the interstate, and had lots of food options. We will always stay here when we come through on trips.
