Do not stay
Very dissatisfied. The room was very hot. When the air was turned on it blew out heat. Went to front desk and was told there would be no air conditioning until the following day and that I should just open my window.
The room was completely dirty, the bed sheets had stains on them. The bathroom had hair all over the place and it was not cleaned properly. There were bodily fluid stains and excrement stains on the bed. Management was nonexistent. Front desk worker disappeared and never came back.

The condition of the property is a bit rundown, but my issues were more regarding the room. Only the heat worked so the room was insufferably hot which actually work because there were no blankets on the sheets. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it so if there was a fire, it would’ve never noticed it. The bed was marginally comfortable but not good.
They had coffee and packets of oatmeal, but that was it

I often notice that if you book through a third-party, they give you the worst rooms and this would be it. You could hear the elevator all night.
AC in the room didn’t work. They hadn’t paid their bill with the parking lot, so the validation didn’t work. Very stained furniture and upholstery. Hair everywhere. Water was either scalding or cold.

It was not what I expected elevator kept getting stuck with my kids on it which was not safe at all ! Rooms were not good at all covers were super thin ! Toilet was dirty when I arrived shower didn’t get hot water barely came out room was extremely small tv was very old and didn’t work properly never got more clean towels.
Downtown is full of homeless harrasing people. Hotel facilities are rusty, dirty and old. Elevator maintenance is due at least one year. Carpets are splattered with many dirty things. Rooms smell weed. No water pressure on the shower. Pillows full of hair. Beds with bugs. AC is not working. No curtains. No WiFi. Crunchy springs and old matresses. Dirty sheets. Dirty mirrors. Frigo not working. Loose plugs, no charge. No parking. The worst experience I have ever had in ten years of business traveling. I hope I won't ever hear from this "hotel" again.
The staff was very nice. I was in a huge hurry to get to an event or I would have asked for the room I'd actually booked. I was supposed to have a king, but I got two queen beds instead. The sheets had stains. The housekeeping wasn't too great.
Parking was in the garage across the street, but it was very easy to park and validate your parking as well.
Our car was broken into in the properties parking lot and the lot that was “under 24 hour surveillance” only has their cameras on during the day. Hotel had very rude staff and refused to even give me a little bit of the price of my room back. I did not feel safe staying there and we went home. The lobby was clean but had an odor.
We checked in and went to the room to find stained chairs, hair in the shower and visibly dirty sheets. Front desk personnel offered no solution to us. Carpets are worn and elevator makes some concerning noise. Front desk personnel were not helpful, likely because they didn’t have any clean decent rooms. I get it’s a 2star hotel but I would’ve sooner slept in the car. We went to the Home2Suites downtown. Check them out.
Old hotel, room fixtures were beat up, carpet dirty, stains on linens, didn't smell clean, we took pictures of several issue with the room and even the elevator sounded like it wouldn't make it up to 7th floor.... room did not look as nice as portrayed on website... will never ever stay again and will be telling anyone going to Atlanta to avoid this hotel.
Not had the right room itbis filthy no ac. Dirty room and as well after not having right room they put me in a room of someone else while still occupied before giving me a room with no ac no hot water and a non working shower. It was filthy and old no clean at all

Our stay here was awful to say the least. For the price, at least offer free parking. The shower wasn't putting out water like it should. Then there was NO HOT WATER for 24HRS. It went off came back for a few hours (and I'm being generous) then back off again. There was a inoperative refrigerator in our room. Front desk clerk said there's none in the rooms and suggested I "plug it up".IT WAS ALREADY PLUGGED UP. Nothing was updated. The AC/HEAT unit didn't work yet the clerk said heat was on in entire hotel. Until there's some renovations/updates, the price should be decreased TREMENDOUSLY. I won't be staying at this hotel ever again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.
This hotel does not have AC! its 2023! how do you not have AC!??! We had to sleep with the door open so we didn't sweat to death. Got no sleep because the sounds of the city kept us awake.
The water in the shower was rusty. There was no cold water, so we got scalded. There was no water pressure in the shower. There was hair all over the bathroom floor.
Will not stay here again.
Our stay was very nice very convenient, location was spot on. Can not rely on most reviews written. We found no problems and we received what we paid for, we did not break the bank for a place to stay. I do recommend this place just remember it's not the Ritz or the Hilton..
Front desk staff was friendly & somewhat helpful BUT housekeeping staff was woefully UNDERSTAFFED— asked for two days to get towels replaced. My sheets when I checked in looked stained but were promptly replaced — Also the SINGLE elevator was out of service for more than 24 hours, still sounded noisy & scraping when I left but at least it worked when I needed to bring my luggage down 8 flights. I will not be staying here again.
This was the worst work I see Hotel experience in my Life. Very old very dirty elevator didn’t work I had to go up and down through the stairs five floors elevator work sometimes. bathroom totally atrocious hairs all over.
Thermostat did not work. No AC heat did not stop running. Had to shut it off. It was a bad experience. I had to check out the second day my last day I had to get a hotel triple the price because I cannot stay there any longer. there were three or four other people that left that I know of maybe more.
The price and location were great, the staff friendly, but this is a low budget hotel. The room was clean when I got there, but, the bedding was poor and stained, no daily cleaning service, elevator and hot water may or may not work.
The people who checked me in were very nice and professional. However, the hotel itself lacks A LOT of maintenance.
The room was bad. Instead of a room number plaque on the door there was a taped piece of paper with the number.
Upon entering the room, the room was arranged and beds were made; however, there was a dirty towel and a cockroach (!!!) in the sink. No shower curtains. Bathroom floor was sticky.
After 1 night I abandoned my paid reservation and moved to another hotel.

Nice place to stay if you are just sleeping on long days.
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Originally I was apprehensive reading all the bad reviews but I was glad I took a chance. It is not a fancy place, yes a bit dated but at half the rates other downtown hotels charge, this is a great deal. I will stay there again next year.
Checked in and a person was sleeping in the room they gave me a key too. Chocked right out! Waiting on my refund. Paid for 3 days only stayed 6 minutes! Hotel .com owes me a refund for 3 days.
The people working there were very nice. You just get what you pay for.....just older with no updates or ammentities and a little dirty. Only bad was that my air conditioning in the room didn't work.
You get what you pay for. We chose this property to stay at because it was fairly inexpensive. The reason is because every thing is dated. But the worst part was that the rooms were not very clean. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and Andrea was great. Also, the location is great . It's very close to all the things.
