A localização é Boa, a poucos metros da estação de trem, fácil de se locomover por ônibus, até a cidade alta, e a pé fácil de ir até a igreja Santa Maria Degli Angeli ( onde fica a Porciuncula). Tem um supermercado ao lado e um bar embaixo
