「El silencio y la tranquilidad .Está cerca de la playa. No estaba activo el spa, por lo que el resto jacuzzi, masajes no apeteció 」

「Maravillosos chalets de dos plantas súper limpios , equipados y modernos. Extraordinariamente ubicados para acceder al Parque de Cabárceno y al pueblo y, obviamente, al maravilloso entorno de los valles pasiegos y las costa Cantábrica. Mi mención especial para Fernando, que desde el primer minuto es amabilidad y disponibilidad para todo! Repetimos seguro 😀」

「Personal muy amable, limpieza diaria de la habitación, el bar está a unos pasos para desayunar y comer. Las playas estan a tan solo 23 mins en coche. Rodeado de naturaleza, senderos, nos enamoró Villanueva. Volveremos mas que seguro!!」

「Nuestra estancia en Casa Carlini fue muy satisfactoria. El dueño de la propiedad, Carlos, que vive en el mismo alojamiento, fue muy atento y cordial desde el minuto uno. En todo momento se encontró a nuestra disposición y se esforzó al máximo para que estuviésemos cómodas y para ayudarnos en cualquier cosa que necesitásemos. No nos faltó de nada durante nuestra estancia y estuvimos muy a gusto. La habitación era amplia y acogedora, tal como se ve en las fotos. Las camas eran muy cómodas y...

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"

"Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
