"Even though the posting said that there would be someone at the front desk, they were reluctant to just check us in as normal. They had sent an email with codes to the front door and room door, which we thought was for after hours check-in. It was very snowy during our visit and they did not shovel or plow the front walkway, which was slippery to walk through and dangerous."

"We had a lovely stay! We booked the triple superior to have a little extra space for our last couple days in Iceland. The bathroom was updated. We had access to walk outside from our room. The bed was a touch on the firm side but comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. The only thing I wish we had in the room was a kettle and coffee maker tho they did have these available in the lobby all day, sometimes it’s just nice to have your morning cup of coffee as you’re getting ready for the day. Great location and easy to find. Complimentary continental breakfast was great! We even saw the Northern lights on our last night! "

Breakfast and dinner was ok same choices good thing we only stayed 5days but great value and when your tired from tours no brainer you can have a hot meal in a jiffy "

"Room was clean, able to request it to be cleaned each day of our stay with new towels too. Wi-Fi was accessible, didn’t have breakfast but appreciate the drawers and fridge for storing our own supplies."

"This hotel is in a perfect spot. We walked to everything in town and caught the bus right outside. We had a beautiful room and the hotel staff was great, especially Veronika at the front desk who was super nice and helpful. Enjoyed the restaurant, the spa (had a massage), daily breakfast, and everything about our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel."
