「離火車站约步行20分钟，整体感觉尚可，厨房有基本厨具用品，洗衣房可免费洗衣，但洗衣液要自備。 早歺提供有牛角包，咖啡和朱古力。 唯一不好的是沖凉要小心一点，花灑不可移动，而且玻璃屏阔度只有浴室阔度⅓，沖完凉後淺了一地都是水。」

「Spacious rooms with cooking facilities, nice decor and good security surroundings. However, there is another guest from other flat taking his stinky cigarette and speak loudly via phone. Overall we highly recommend this apartment to family or large group of travelers.」

「Brilliant property. Brilliant location and great amenities. Only issue was that it was the third floor which would be a problem for those unable to tolerate a lot of stairs. It is right in town and close to many shops , corner shops , restaurants, takeaways and bus/tram station. Within walking distance to the train station. 」

「Lovely cottage, I was unsure when booking as there wasn’t photos of all the rooms, however they were all great. The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. Being so close to the tea rooms was convenient for lunch, and we were near enough to the town of Leek for shops for supplies. Comfortable beds, and the whole place was clean and tidy. 「The pictures don't do the place justice, the location is great and its minutes walk into Borrowash for shops and pubs etc and only a few minutes drive into Derby. The place is quiet and very clean and well maintained, secure and welcoming. Theres only three rooms so its not overly busy and the parking is very secure with a phone controlled gate on entry and exit to the property. 「Had a whole holiday cottage to myself for the price of a hotel room. Really generous and varied breakfast provisions, with spacious kitchen and dining area to enjoy it in. With a washing machine and airer in the property, I was able to get a load of washing done overnight, as the cottage was really warm. The only negative was the WiFi, which I found very poor, and phone signal is limited too.」
