「It was my understanding, from the ads, that the property had a washer dryer. It did not. I was told after we vacated, there was a washing machine out in the green shed !!!! The milk provided was curdled and not fit for consumption.」

「We tried to call reception at night as we had an issue with the bed allocation, but despite ringing twice, noone answered the phone. No additional bedding in room if required, and I do think that reception should be manned 24hrs or at least an emergency number provided」

「Good breakfast. One night stay.」

「距离机场近，员工态度服务好」

「24hr shuttle」

「Booked for a quick trip over to Ireland to visit a relative who lives nearby so the hotel was well located for what we were looking for. The hotel is set in landscaped grounds and is impressive when you drive in. Reception is nice and the staff most helpful. The rooms are large (executive twin) with a large single beds and sizeable bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Robes and slippers are a nice touch. The fixtures are a little dated but worked fine, furniture is quite badly scuffed...

「員工服務非常好 比預期的好非常多」

「Excellent breakfast. However we didn't get to try the Afternoon Tea which looks amazing.」

「Room was very nice. Restaurant, Earth & Vine, was disappointing, inattentive service, long delay for main course, terrible steak. We provided courteous feedback but no real engagement.」

「Very helpful staff and cheap breakfast which includes free coffee refills.」

「The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.」
