City Hotel Aschaffenburg is super convenient if you’re traveling by train. Nice rooms and breakfast, but the real standout is the staff. Everyone was super nice and helpful!

Komfortables Hotel in günstiger Lage

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, trotz der Coronabedingten Umstände. Die Lage des Hotels ist fast gegenüber dem Hbf, wir mussten deshalb in einem der benachbarten Parkhäuser parken, was allerdings unproblematisch war. Fußläufig zum Schloss und zu allen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Insgesamt könnte das Hotel eine leichten Facelift brauchen. Frühstück war sehr gut. In der Summe ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Keine vier Sterne wert.

Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Frage mich woher die vier Sterne kommen. Rechnung konnte nicht bei Anreise erstellt und bezahlt werden sondern erst bei Abreise, Service ansonsten nett. Ohne Frühstück gebucht aber mit abrechnen wollen. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten da Fussgängerzone. Von außen unscheinbar. Sehr verwinkelt. Hellhörig. Austattung von 1970. Leicht ranziger Geruch. Keine HD Sender (ARD/ZDF). Bett sehr unbequem. WLAN furchtbar.

First post corona lockdown stay in a hotel

Had a great stay. This was my first trip post corona lock down so can't compare but I have felt safe for the whole stay. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Also the breakfast was super, even though selection had to be made in the evening adjustments were ok in the morning. Location is briljant. Design is a bit outdated but all is in good condition and working order.
