Location was great, the airport limousine has pickup/drop off at sister hotel across the street. The rooms were spacious and provided everything. Didn’t have time but they had a rooftop lounge that had free drinks.

When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again.

The best Ryokan experience. The room is spacious, staffs are very friendly and try their best to make the guest feel like back home. The onsen is good, only tried the public one, but is good enough. The dinner is the highlight, the best we ever had. Beef, handmade soba etc... and the after dinner ...
