Check in lobby and the free drinks are very crowded and messy when I checked in. I have never had this experience when I check in the Japanese hotels before.
the room size i reserved is not equal to the website showed. can you explain why.

There’s a special indoor access from car park to the hotel, which is very convenient when you have luggage. The hotel is very close to JR station and walkable to many famous restaurants. Room is clean and comfy. Will recommend others to stay here.
It's a very modern and new hotel in this area. Pleasant stay overall.

The hotel has a novel appearance and is very close to Asahikawa, but the elevator and breakfast dining area cannot meet the needs of a large number of hotel guests. The room is too small and there is no bathtub. The hot spring area on the rooftop is also very small and cannot meet the needs of many tenants.
I smelled a rather unpleasant musty smell when I first entered the room.
