Very lovely room with plenty of space and a great view of Kumamoto. Lots of amenities provided in the room, which was well-furnished. Breakfast was delicious, with a large selection of both Japanese-style and Western-style foods, as well as Kumamoto specialties. Staff were polite and helpful and able to communicate effectively despite a language barrier. Property was beautiful, with a lot of fresh flowers, foliage, and rooftop terrace. Additional services include laundry, gym, resting/wellness area with microwave and coffee machine, onsen, and self-service luggage storage. The hotel is in a very convenient location, attached to Kumamoto station. We would stay here again and recommend it to all.

Very new and stylish, easy to park around the property, close to everything.

Room is old, but it was very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very nice with great choice and healthy, but little difficult to place food because it is crowded on the counter. (Cannot put down plate to pick the food). Love the BGM in during the breakfast and room.

Exceptional service and beautiful scenery. Our family of four loved the well-appointed rooms and the relaxing onsen. It’s a perfect spot to experience the quiet beauty of the Japanese countryside. We left feeling completely refreshed!
