「The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Overall speaking, it is a good hotel if you do not mind it locates a bit far from the city centre or you do not mind to call taxi for your transport. The nearest metro station is located about 20 minutes walk. The pedestrian around the hotel was bad and sometimes you need to walk on the car road. The traffic around the hotel is very busy.」

「Clean and big room, was disappointed when I was told I can not go to the spa in the evening of arrival only to realize the next day that bookings are private and I had a sauna and small pool all to myself for an hour.

「A very nice hotel with pleasing interior, professional receptionists takint care of you (especially Mushegh, Tamara, Merujan and manager Arpine). The staff was helpful, caring and supportive. The hotel was very clean which was much appreciated. Narine was doing an amazing job with spotless cleaning. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a pleasant stay in Yerevan.
I believe that the breakfast can be better. Many thanks. 」

「Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful.
However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed.
The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor.
The room was plenty big.
Breakfast was good!
