Albert and rest of staff were very attentive and friendly. The customer service was excellent. Beautiful landscaping around the property made it a pleasant stay.

This lodge is perfect for before and after safari! The rooms are clean, water is hot, wifi is strong, and service is the best! Albert helped me with anything I needed is a great guy!

I like breakfast, kind stuffs & tree forest environment. it makes me in Meru mountain. It's located next Nglero. little bit far from Arusha city centre. Daradara public transport is available.

Book it! This was an excellent place to stay the night before our safari. The people who we met were incredibly kind and helpful, and they sang a lovely farewell song for us before we left! Food was fantastic!! Gorgeous property hidden in the trees. You won't regret it!

This is a beautiful oasis with its own little forest in the noisy, dusty Arusha. Excellent people here. However, the one downside was the limited dining options. We were asked to select our meal choices in advance during the day each day of rather than at dinner, and the dining hours were more limited than in busier hotels.

Nos encanto este hotel, comodas habitaciones todo muy limpio la comida increíble súper súper rica la atención súper especial el hotel es muy bello te sientes en medio de la selva es muy acogedor. Sin duda alguna esta excelente para estar en arusha antes de tu safari por el serengeti

We stayed two nights at Malkia Trees Lodge prior to our day hike and safari. The level of service was unmatched and very personal. We were welcomed by Nixon as soon as we arrived with a refreshing mango juice. When we had issues connecting to WiFi, they immediately provided us with a hotspot for our room. They also arranged for a driver to take us into town for lunch and some souvenir shopping. Nixon made our stay and went out of his way to be helpful. The chef at the restaurant made great meals in a beautiful setting. One morning for breakfast they even packed us a to go box for us to take with us on our hike. When we did not arrive until late in the evening from the hike and we weren't sure if we had missed the meal time, they called our room to see if we would like dinner. I was a bit hesitant tobook this place at first because there weren't many reviews, but don't let that stop you. For a budget price, this place exceeded expectations. The only thing I would suggest is having a mosquito net for the bed.
