「We often stay at Cranes Beach Resort. It's so convenient to a lot of family activities - dining and beach access just a few minutes away. The property has all necessary amenities, small kitchen area with all the equipment, big refrigerator, laundry room. It's great to stay with family! Two swimming pools, heated and salt water. Never crawd, we can always find our personal space, whis is super important for us!」

「The lady at the front desk was an absolute nightmare. She was disgustingly disrespectful and unprofessional. She even went as far as lying to me about parking and told me that I had to park my vehicle on the side of the road! The cable TV wouldn't work for hours, and by the time it started working again, their wifi stopped working 😑. My wife and I ultimately had to lay in bed and try watching our show on her phone. 「There were several issues with my stay. The door to my room was very difficult to lock from the outside and this was a security issue. There was no hot water, not even warm. And no hangers in the room so I could not unpack. The bed frame seemed very low quality and was unstable. When I got in or out of bed, the whole thing moved and made a loud creaking noise. As well, the online check-in involved a few steps which I completed but did not receive a code to my room which worried me. Luckily...

「A good stay here. The property was listed as having a bar and restaurant. It was a really small bar in the corner of the main front room and the restaurant was like a snack bar with very limited menu. But all in all a pleasant one night stay.」
