「everything was great, this is our second time here and we loved it 」

「Clean, good breakfast and walk distance to many great restaurants. 」

「Front desk staff needs more training how to treat guest. They are the face of the business. We met a lady in the afternoon that was very cut and dry. A gentleman in the adternoon during our check in that did not greet us upon arrival, didnt even look at us. My husband ask how his day was going he didnt answer! Look at the computer the entire time. Very rude. Only during our departure that we met Ms. Shavin during our checkout. She was nice. Besides that, breakfast is a little poor considering...

「I requested a view and I went up on the second floor right near the street and it was very very noisy so I don’t know what happened with Expedia not getting any the room that I requested」

「I didn’t love how our balcony view over-looked a weird slab of concrete and it almost looked unfinished. But besides that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was on point, majority of staff was kind and helpful.」

「The property was pet friendly. My stay was for pleasure. Hotel had nice hot breakfast, gym, pool. All staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.」

「The pool skimmer was not working and there was a lot of stuff floating in it which i brought to their attention. We watched the bartender one night who did not rinse the stuff properly between making drinks. The hotel was very accomodating for our 2 dogs and there were lots of great areas to walk around. 」
