「Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.」

「The parking situation was confusing. The unit above us was noisy. Our unit itself was great for the family of 3. There are amenities good for traveling families (kitchen, washer/dryers).」

「When we arrived at the property AC was not on so it took forever for it to cool down the house. The room that I stayed in was hot the AC was programmed for it to change the setting so then it would get hot again inside the house the backyard look like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time we couldn't use it because there was spider webs all over the place a whole bunch of spiders.」

「The apartment is amazing - open concept for kitchen and living room with a great view of the pier and water. Bedrooms are nicely separated with super comfy beds. Floor to ceiling windows have great shades for privacy too! Kitchen has great basics for cooking too - full spice rack and pots/pans. Will totally stay here again!」

「checkin process was a little stressful as we were given the wrong door code, but they called back within 20 minutes with the correct info.」
