「This is a rather basic hotel at a freeway stop, but it works for a place to stay for a night. It would help if there were a way to get to the hotel not by the freeway, where there is a toll.」

「The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. 「The hotel is in the middle of an Industrial state and the day we stayed a Saturday night everything was closed. The staff were nice enough but not overly helpful or welcoming. It felt to us (we have travelled a lot both for work and holidays) that this hotel was a training hotel for anyone that wanted to enter hospitality. The food was ok but not exceptional.
