「Although well located, our unit needed a fair amount of TLC. in particular, the sofas were very dirty. As for the beds, the mattress needed a full replacement. I had to sleep on the couch in order not to feel pain from my back. As for the service, we had a good experience with the restaurant personnel as well as the purser. But the reception employee provided a sub par service. A final word, this resort has not the structure for individuals having a mobility impairment. 」

「The check-in was efficient and we were provided with a glass of sparkling wine until our check-in was complete. The onsite parking was a nice feature. Not every hotel has it. The rooms were clean and the ocean view was great! It seemed to us that staff had little to no interest to take the time to help us out with explaining about historic sites to see or other activities available in the Lagos area unlike other hotels on our trip who were more than willing to take their time to help us out...
