「或許是旺季，飲食的服務人員非常疲於奔命，室內服務人員給予很高評價，海邊餐廳服務品質及飲食真的不佳，低於預期，非常遺憾」

「It's perfect But a little be too far from the city centre」

「Quick housekeeping. 」

「Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️」

「Service is little slow at the speciality Asian restaurant」

「Yes we enjoyed 」

「Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults.」

「We spent 3 weeks at Martin’s Comfort - late January to mid February. Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. 「It was ok, property is a bit dated - not well maintained.」

「Jätte fint och rent rum så trevlig personal 」

「我很少評論，但這真的是讓我非常滿意開心的酒店，服務人員很nice」

「We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

「The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced.」

「Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor」

「Cleaner room, bathroom and bath towels」
