"For a four star hotel, the room we were given was tired and dull. Chipped tiles in the bathroom and scuff marks around the bedroom. It was however clean. We were told by reception that it was the only room that had not been refurbished! The rest of the hotel was fine and the views of the lake were ..."

"Struttura nuova e moderna. Posizione ottima e nel pieno centro di Arona a due passi dal lago e vicino a museo archeologico. Reception telematica molto disponibile. Abbiamo avuto una ottima esperienza, un bell’appartamento elegante e comodo"
