「It was fantastic that you can literally get off the Scot rail train at Morar and walk 50m to the door of the hotel! Which was especially amazing given it was pouring rain when we arrived. It was a lovely little place, friendly helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant. Restaurant food was fabulous, and we saw an amazing sunset through the clouds as our meal ended and the rain stopped. Excellent and memorable stay. 「The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent.
