Accommodation was really good. The exterior is suffering from neglect needs a coat of paint and the gardens need some love, the lawns unmown for some time.

Was not able to check in - had to sleep in the car. Late check in code that was supplied did not work. Called and called left messages, nothing. Was left out in the cold. Not a peep from the motel the next day. It seems they just don’t care!

Repeat stay will not be considered.
We paid extra to upgrade the room but the refurbishment not terribly well done. Light in the Bathroom is very poor and the air conditioner not working properly. Shower head was great. General cleanliness of the room inadequate around the edges. We found things off the floor which should have been located if the room had been vacuumed properly in preparation of the room. The bed was comfortable but the general state of the Motel is quite run down.

It was our first stay and we were very impressed our daughter lives up here and we have stayed at many places over the years while she attended university here, but we won’t be staying anywhere else but here from now on. Deb at reception kindly let us in early on Saturday as we had traveled from Sydney very early in the morning which we so much appreciated. The beds are so comfortable and we had lovely Complimentary breakfast both mornings.

Recently renovated the room was clean and comfortable. The decor was modern and fresh...and the bed was very comfortable! Special mention should go to the restaurant 'The Minnie Barn' who produced some delicious middle eastern food.
